Selects the maximum time between full headers compression contexts.
Compressed non-TCP headers may not be sent after
this amount of time has expired after sending the last full header.
Guidelines are in accordance
with document RFC2507 created and maintained by the IETF (Internet Engineering
Task Force). The RFC2507 document describes standards for IP (Internet
Protocol) Header Compression Algorithms. This selection applies for all
Data Profiles. Time is in seconds.
